What is an e-Book?
An e-Book is a book that is available in electronic format. These 30 Second Challenge e-Books are available in Adobe PDF format. To use them you need to have Adobe Reader which can be downloaded at wwww.adobe.com for free. You download the books from the Internet to your computer and either view them on screen or print them out for your use. 30 Second Challenge titles are only available as e-Books.

How do I get my copies of these e-Books?
As you decide which books you want to buy, click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you have made your selection click on the "View Cart" button and you will see the list of books you have chosen.

How do I pay for these e-Books?
You pay for the books by going to your shopping cart and clicking on the "check out" button. You must be logged in to make a purchase. If you are not logged in you will be taken to the login screen where you can login or register. Once you have made a successful purchase, you will be taken to your download page where you can download the e-Book/s that you have purchased.

I'm having trouble opening previews. What's going wrong?
This website is designed to work with all popular Internet browsers but depending on how Adobe Reader is trying to open the preview, sometimes you may encounter problems. The best way to fix this is to right-click the 'Preview' link and select 'Save As' to save a copy to your computer. You can then open the preview from there using Adobe Reader.

What is PayPal?
Founded in 1998, PayPal, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. See wwww.paypal.com

Can I pay for an e-Book with a cheque?
No. It is not possible to do this. 30 Second Challenge e-Books can only be purchased with a debit or credit card, or PayPal account.
